In 2003, NK Chemicals Pte Ltd (Singapore) invested NK Chemical (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. (China) to produce lanolin products. Which achieved a new break through in the process of refined lanolin in China for the first time and lead the technical progress of lanolin industry.

In 2006, NK Chemicals Pte Ltd invested NK Chemicals China Ltd, selling products of NK Chemical (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. and NK Chemicals Pte Ltd.

Since 2012, NK Chemicals China Ltd running independently, and setup Rowi Biotech with joint partners.  NKCC is the sole agent of NK Chemicals Pte Ltd and Rowi Biotech in China.
